It is very interesting how the World Wide Web has opened up many avenues for the printed word in terms of speaking text, e-books and electronic libraries. Is it possible for the printed word to survive in the face of the Internet Age? Or are we witnessing the death knell of books as we know it? Chime in and share your thoughts on this issue.

I can, but can't see it happening. I don't want to read a book from the computer, I'm burnt out quicker when reading a lot on the computer screen. I wouldn't be a big customer of it in that sense. But either way, I doubt it is a problem. One or the other, there still is writing, hopefully good and intelligent.
