This is a question that is a pressing issue in the United States. It is something that colors social relations, institutions as well as economics. History is also part and parcel of how we view this pertinent matter. I am going to put this out there for you all for suggestions and observances of what we can do progress in understanding each other regardless of background. What we need here are progressive solutions and 'real talk' about what race-relations represents in a multicultural society. It is also important to research why it is so hard for people to sit down and have a meeting of the minds on this issue. Have any suggestions?
