I discussed this topic about OJ being denied service from a Kentucky steakhouse after the Kentucky Derby on another forum. There, I got into quite a discussion with others about whether OJ should have been turned away from service just because others thought he was guilty. In fact, some agreed with the Steakowner for doing this because of the "Right to Refuse Service" law as well as OJ's culpability in not paying restitution to the Brown and Goldman families.
For the purposes of CNV, I would like to turn this topic over to you guys. What do you think about this? Should OJ have been turned away?
After all, the Steakhouse owner had said that simply because of his celebrity, OJ was denied service. The latest news is that OJ is going to sue the owner and try to get his liquor license removed.
Should OJ go ahead and sue the owner for being denied service? Or should he--as a result of his notoriety--stand down and leave the incident be?
What do you guys think?
