I've recently been looking very hard for a copy of this film. The original one is very difficult to find, as it was conviscated in Canada when it was confused for an actual home video, and saw limited release in the United States because Fred Vogel distributed it himself.
So, first off, if anyone has a copy of this they are willing to sell me (DVD only, and yes I know, DVD is near impossible to come by) please let me know.
Second, if anyone has seen it, please give me your input about it.

Whew! I've heard that's a pretty rough movie - one I don't think I could stomach. Hostel was almost to much for me. Anyway, in response to your question: A friend of mine was trying to get a copy, and he found that the best source was EBAY (but after seeing how much the DVD was selling for, he decided not to get it).

I have acquired it since then.
It is... wow. Just wow.
I have never seen anything like that in my whole life (and I have been seeking out films like it for years).
If Hostel was too much for you, you may actually suffer a heartattack or serious mental illness while watching this, and I am not even joking. I had some pretty deep personal-reflection post viewing.
However, it accomplishes what it set out to do in a way no other film has.
Taken on its own terms, it's something a masterpiece.
